Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative services to customers using specialist knowledge of system functionality, and then correctly configures and customises the system to implementation solutions
Perform business process re-engineering
Analysis and Design of new and updated solutions
Message Design and mappings
Provide input into Designs of interfaces, taking into consideration known issues in production due to design
Gathering message requirements and doing modelling
A working knowledge of the CIM message format
A working knowledge of the JSON message format
