Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
B Degree/B Tech in HR or Social Sciences
Experience:
5 years – sound experience in general human resources management and practices

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide a Specialist and professional Human Resources Service with regards to Talent & Skills, Employment equity, OE, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement etc. for the BU/Area
2. Provide professional advice and guidance on policies, procedures, processes, and systems
3. Provide a Generalist Human Resources Service across the entire HR value chain
4. Project Management and Participation
5. Client relations and specialist advice
6. Provide advice and guidance on the Change Management process
