Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• National Diploma in HR or Behavioural Sciences at NQF 6 with 240 credits

Experience:
• 3 Years as HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure a comprehensive Human Resource service in the total HR value chain
• Provide an advisory service to Management and employees on all aspects of COS
• Ensure an effective coordination of skills sourcing
• Provide accurate management information and system support
• Provide Customer Stakeholder communication and service
• Support management in improving labour and employee relations
• Facilitate developing and implementing of training and development plans
