Artisanal baker required

Job Description

Oz is hiring! We are looking for a full-time artisanal baker for Lakeside.

Suitable person must have experience of at least 2-3 years’ in a similar environment. The candidate must be able to lead a team and coordinate production of a wide range of products from the team. Must be familiar with sourdough baking, be health food orientated using top quality ingredients, and be experienced in creating gluten-free food.

Applicant must have good time management skills, be attentive to detail, and be able to produce high quality baked goods.
